Veterans and spouses of veterans who are eligible for benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) can put these benefits towards the cost of home care. In this guide, we explain the eligibility requirements for veterans and the spouses of veterans to receive VA benefits, as well as the application process to get these benefits.  The Aid and Attendance benefits can provide up to $2200 per month that can be put towards the cost of home care.
