On July 31st we had our quarterly meeting here at the Assisting Hands Home Care office in Schaumburg. We met with the intention of awarding our elite staff that continues to go above and beyond the call of duty.
We would like to take the time to recognize and introduce every caregiver that was awarded that night:
- June Caregiver of the Month: Ela Kosinska
- Most Dedicated CNA: Anita Hurt
- Most Improved Caregiver Semsija Osmancevic
- July Caregiver of the Month: Margaret Orzech
June Caregiver of the Month: Ela
Ela has been with us for quite some time. She was presented with caregiver of the month for June simply because she imbodies what we believe a model caregiver is; she is always on time, always wiling to help, and always has a smile on her face.
Most Dedicated CAN: Anita
Our caregiver Anita was presented with the most dedicated CNA for her constant commitment to Assisting hands. Whenever we are looking for a caregiver to pick up a shift Anita is always willing to help and we are very grateful.
Most Improved Caregiver: Semija
Semija received the award for Most Improved Caregiver this month. Semija came to our company with experience as a caregiver but wanted to grow her knowledge in the field. She has done just that and continues to want different cases to cultivate her knowledge as a caregiver with us.
July Caregiver of the Month: Margaret
Margaret received caregiver of the month for July for her commitment and dedication to her clients-even at the last minute! We have had many times where a caregiver is needed immediately to help a client and Margaret is always willing to help. She is very skilled and confident in her knowledge as a caregiver and makes her clients feel at ease; and for that we are thankful.
Thank You to Our Caregivers!
As always we want to say thank you to our lovely caregivers. Without them, our passion to help our community with their home care needs would not be possible.
