When it comes to health and wellness, Assisting Hands Home Care of Schaumburg fully supports the healthy lifestyles of each of our clients as well as everyone in the community. To show our support, one of our owners Daniela Momtcheva and Healthcare Management Consultant Zlatina Kostov had educated the residents at Friendship Village during the 13th Annual Health and Wellness Fair on how our home care services can support healthy lifestyles. They truly enjoyed interacting with the residents as they shared how they can aide in daily activities where specific tasks may have become difficult for residents.
How Home Care Supports Health and Wellness
When working with our caregivers at Assisting Hands Home Care of Schaumburg, clients can benefit from transportation to and from recreational centers, companionship during walks in the park, healthy meals prepared on a daily basis, and much more.
We have also found that our clients experience an improvement in their overall health and wellbeing as a result of having a companion with whom they can frequently interact. This includes doing puzzles, watching TV, cooking, walking outside, and much more. But the best aspect is that our home care plans can be customized to fit each of our clients needs so they only pay for what they need.
